Tariff  and Availability

The Old Parish Poorhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people making it a very economical holiday for large groups in sumptuous surroundings.  The house can be booked for multiple full weeks and, subject to availability, 3-night weekend breaks. 

After checking the availability of your holiday period, please email to confirm. 

Bookings cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Additional Features

v       Free internet connection for your laptop computer

v       Cot and high chair can be provided on request

v       Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge

v      Weekly bookings are from Friday at 4:00pm to Friday at 10:00am, weekend breaks are from Friday at 4:00pm to Monday at 10:00am and can be made on request, subject to availability

v      Six person Hot Tub

 

Deposit and Refunds

v       £150 deposit on all bookings except special short breaks when full amount is payable at time of booking.

v       Balance is due 6 weeks in advance of arrival date.

v       In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-book the period.  If a re-booking is secured, the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of £25.  In the event that a re-booking is not secured the deposit will not be refunded.  It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an occurrence.

 

Terms and Conditions

v      A £300 breakage/damage deposit is required which is refunded after departure if there are no breakages or damage.

v      There is a downstairs bedroom and toilet, however there are steps, maximum three that need to be negotiated.  Please take this into consideration if there are handicapped people in your party.

v      The house is not invalid wheelchair accessible.

v      As a consideration to all our visitors, smoking is not allowed.

v      In the interest of fire safety, candles are not allowed.

v      One pet is allowed by arrangement.

v      Visitors are expected to place garbage in the containers provided.
